My Vivo Y19s Won’t Transmit My Voice Over Bluetooth Calls in My Car
We recently bought two Vivo Y19s phones, thinking we were making a solid investment. But right away, we ran into a major issue that’s seriously affecting how we use these devices. When I connect my Vivo Y19s to my car’s Bluetooth system and try to make a phone call, I can hear the other person perfectly fine—but they can’t hear me at all. My voice simply doesn’t go through.
To be sure it wasn’t the car’s fault, I even took the vehicle to the authorized service center. They ran a full diagnostic and confirmed there was nothing wrong with the car’s Bluetooth system. Then I tested it with other phones—everything worked flawlessly. The problem is clearly with the Vivo Y19s, and both of the units we purchased are having the exact same issue.
I searched everywhere and even asked around, but no one seems to have a solution. This is extremely frustrating, especially for people who rely on Bluetooth calling for safe, hands-free communication on the road. Vivo needs to take this problem seriously and roll out an immediate fix. I’m asking for a prompt and permanent solution to this Bluetooth voice issue—it’s unacceptable for a brand-new phone.
