My Vivo Y18 Overheats Constantly and Apps Keep Closing After Just 2 Months
I bought my Vivo Y18 just two months ago, and I’m already dealing with serious issues that shouldn’t be happening on a brand-new device. The phone heats up for no reason—literally. Whether I’m listening to music, watching videos, or just casually browsing, it starts getting hot within minutes. And it’s not mild heat; it’s uncomfortable enough to make me stop using it.
What’s worse, my apps shut down on their own randomly. I’ll be in the middle of using something, and the app just disappears like I never opened it. This is unacceptable. I didn’t pay good money just to end up with a phone that can’t handle basic tasks without overheating or crashing.
I need Vivo to take responsibility and either fix this issue immediately or offer a replacement. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated. A device this new should not be giving me such trouble. Please respond and resolve this problem—now.

It has been 2 months since I bought my Vivo y18 phone and I am tired of experiencing excessive overheating problems. I wrote my complaint here, but the company has neither responded nor provided any answer. I deeply regret buying this phone from such an irresponsible company, and I definitely do not recommend it to anyone considering buying it. I can say that this is the worst phone I have ever used in my life. Stop this sell and run tactic, we are paying money too.
