I’ve never experienced anything like this with a phone before. My Vivo Y21s suddenly stopped functioning normally. It appears to be charging when plugged in, but the truth is—it’s not charging at all. The moment I disconnect it from the charger, it shuts off instantly. When I try to power it back on, it either doesn’t respond or shows random battery percentages like 2%, 39%, 88%, or 59%, only to shut down again moments later.
No matter what the battery percentage shows, the phone simply refuses to stay on unless it’s connected to a charger. It’s as if the battery is completely dead, even though the phone reports varying charge levels. This issue came out of nowhere, and I haven’t been able to identify any reason for it.
I’ve owned several phones in my life, and this is the first time I’ve faced something this bizarre. I bought Vivo expecting decent quality, but this kind of battery failure is completely unacceptable.
