My Vivo Y19s Has Ongoing Vibration Issues for Calls and Alarms Since Day One
I bought a Vivo Y19s from Media Markt, and right from the moment I unboxed it, I noticed that the vibration feature didn’t work properly. The phone doesn’t vibrate during incoming calls or when the alarm goes off—this is a serious problem for anyone who relies on silent alerts.
I immediately reported the issue to Media Markt, and they sent the phone to the service center. A while later, they returned it saying the problem was “fixed.” But when I tested it, nothing had changed. The same vibration issue was still there, exactly as before. It feels like no one even bothered to check the device properly before returning it to me.
This is clearly a faulty product, and I shouldn’t have to go through this kind of hassle for a brand-new phone. The issue has never been resolved, and I’m tired of being told it’s been “repaired” when it clearly hasn’t.
I’m formally requesting a full return and refund. I paid for a working device—not one with built-in problems from day one. Vivo and Media Markt need to acknowledge this is a defective product and take the appropriate steps to make it right.
