Vivense Marked My Order as Delivered but Sent It to the Wrong City
I placed an order from Vivense on November 15, 2024, but I haven’t received it yet. I submitted an address correction on November 16, but no one got back to me. The delivery date was shown as November 25, and I even got a “delivered” notification, but I didn’t get anything. The shipping company said the package was sent to another city and returned, which doesn’t make sense. I’ve called customer service several times, but no one has resolved the issue. Please either deliver my order or refund me immediately because I need to order again.

For 5 days, I have been creating requests by speaking with a customer representative about my undelivered product from Vivense, but there has been no response. Even though my product was returned, the refund process has not even started. It seems none of my complaints made by calling Vivense have been communicated, as I was called today by the company saying they would come for installation if I was available. They wrote that they would respond to my complaint made on Şikayetvar.com, but no response has been made for 2 days. At the very least, if they are not going to send the product, they could start the refund procedure. I can't order a product from elsewhere because I don't trust the company; they might ship the product this time.
