VivaVideo Charged 60,000 Naira Without My Consent

I recently downloaded the VivaVideo Android app on 31 December 2025 without fully understanding that it could lead to a large charge. On the morning of 3 January 2026, I discovered that 60,000 Naira had been debited from my Access Bank Nigeria card ending in 8475 without my clear knowledge or consent. At the moment, I do not even have up to 10,000 Naira left on my bank card, so this unexpected debit has put me under serious financial stress. I have not contacted VivaVideo support or my bank yet, but I am writing this complaint to state clearly that I did not knowingly approve this 60,000 Naira payment. I am very uncomfortable that an app I just downloaded has resulted in such a large charge. I kindly request a full refund of the 60,000 Naira that was taken from my Access Bank card and the cancellation of any active or future subscription associated with my account so that no further debits occur.
