VivaVideo Charged $55 After Free Trial Ended
On August 17, I downloaded the VivaVideo app on my iPhone. The app displayed a yearly subscription fee of $55, but I did not approve the purchase because I didn’t want to subscribe. However, since the app offered a 3-day free trial, I forgot to delete it, and once the trial ended, $55 was charged to my card — without any confirmation or additional input from me.
I don’t understand how this charge occurred, as I never entered my card details manually. I have since canceled my subscription and will not use the app. I am requesting a full refund of the payment. The card used ends with 2979.
I couldn’t find a customer service phone number to reach VivaVideo, nor have I received any response or solution so far.
I kindly ask that this issue be resolved and the $55 refund be processed as soon as possible.
