VivaVideo Charged Me After Canceling Free Trial — Refund Request
I used the free trial of the VivaVideo app and canceled my subscription before the trial period ended. However, on September 24, 2025, $31 was withdrawn from my Ziraat Bank card ending in 9142 without my consent. No payment should have been taken after the trial period expired.
I contacted my bank and submitted a refund request, but I have not yet reached out to VivaVideo customer service. I request that this amount be refunded to me as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will take legal action. No company has the right to withdraw money from my account without my authorization.
