VivaVideo Charged $31 After Canceling Free Trial
I downloaded the VivaVideo app as a 3-day free trial and canceled it on the first day. However, I later discovered that $31 had been charged to my account. I’ve seen that many other users have experienced the same issue. I never used the app after canceling, but since my card was linked to my App Store account, the payment was taken automatically. I don’t understand why an annual fee was charged despite canceling within the trial period.
I request a full refund of the amount charged. If this issue is not resolved, I will take legal action. No one has the right to withdraw money from my account without my consent.
