On July 21, 2025, I purchased a Franke Active Plus Doccia Nero kitchen sink faucet from Uğur Yapı's Balıkesir branch. I had it installed on August 4, 2025, and noticed a water leak immediately after installation. This problem with the faucet persists, and despite the two-year warranty, I have received no support from the store. Upon my complaint, Uğur Yapı employees were extremely dismissive and sarcastic. Instead of resolving the issue, they referred me to service. When I refused, they contacted the service center themselves, but no solution was offered. I encountered an attitude that does not stand behind the product and disregards customer satisfaction. I demand that this faucet, for which I paid ₺7,001.665, be considered a defective product and replaced with a new one. My invoice number is UEA2025000010717, and my customer number is 05541661***. I want my complaint resolved as soon as possible and a new product sent.
