Vitra Denied Responsibility for Stains on My Artema Faucet After 1 Month of Use





Artema customer service has been very disappointing. The faucet broke down in a very short time, and the company refused to take responsibility for the issue. We purchased Artema faucets at a very high price, trusting the brand's reputation. However, after just one month of use, stains appeared on the faucets. I contacted Vitra service, and they came to inspect the problem. The technicians acknowledged the stains, took videos, and said they would forward them to the factory. A few days later, I was informed by the factory that there was no manufacturing defect. How could they determine this simply by looking at photos? This product has only been in use for one month, and no chemicals have been used on it. How can such an issue be ignored? The company does not stand behind the quality of the products it sells.
