I purchased the Viomi V5 robot vacuum, paid the final installment to the seller, and when I tried to use it, it only spins in one direction and displays a laser error. I returned it to the company via courier, and they demanded 3250 TL for a broken wheel. They sent me unpleasant messages after I said I wouldn't accept it and would take the case to Consumer Rights. They now want me to pay 600 TL for return shipping. What kind of business is this? I told my friends about Viomi, and guess what? Theirs had also broken! This company will not stand by its products. If the device didn't have a broken leg when I sent it, they must have broken it themselves and are blaming the customer. What a shady business! Stay away from them, and if you have already purchased it, fight for your rights! Without hesitation, I will take them to court. They even said I'd have to pay court fees if I filed a lawsuit. So I'll do it anyway! I'm suing them for the broken device as well as their threats. Everyone should be warned not to buy Viomi!
