I recently purchased the Viomi S9 Robot Vacuum and have been extremely disappointed with its performance. Despite following the instructions, the device is unable to properly map my home, constantly asking me to create a new map. When I do so, the map is fragmented and corrupted, which leads to interruptions in the cleaning process. As a result, my house is not being cleaned effectively, and I am left with a piecemeal and unsatisfactory result. I regret my purchase and believe that the Viomi S9 Robot Vacuum is not worth the investment. I request an immediate refund and a return shipping code to return the product.
