Xiaomi Robot Vacuum Mapping Problem

My Xiaomi robot vacuum is having trouble mapping some of the rooms in my house. Because it persists in going into the restricted areas that I have marked off, the maps of my house are a mess. It's been a few months since I bought it, and in that time it has gone from being an exciting gadget to a source of frustration for me. I have performed a factory reset and reinstallation of it, but unfortunately, the issue is still present after both of those steps. Even though I have a genuine appreciation for the brand, I must say that this is a pretty significant letdown.
