Viomi A11 Vacuum Repair Cost Despite Warranty

I bought a Viomi A11 cordless vacuum on January 5, 2024, and it's still under warranty. When it started acting up, I filed a repair request through Viomi's official website (https://shop.viomihome.com/). Things went downhill from there.
The technical service company claimed the issue was user-caused and demanded a whopping ₺6,500 for a replacement. When I refused and asked for a refund, they still wanted to charge me ₺900. I tried explaining where the malfunction was, but they insisted this fee was for shipping and damage assessment.
Frustrated, I called the official Viomi customer service number (0 886 80 80) that I got from their website. To my shock, the representative told me they weren't responsible for sales or technical service for the Viomi A11 model.
I'm at a loss here. How should I proceed with this mess? Can someone from Viomi please contact me to sort this out?
