Ongoing Radar Blockage Error with Viomi V5 Pro and Lack of Service Resolution


I purchased the Viomi V5 Pro based on a recommendation. However, just two months after purchase, it began showing a persistent radar blockage error. I sent it to the service center, and after 20 days, they returned it stating they tested the unit and found no issues.
However, as soon as I tried using it at home, the same error appeared right away. When I called the service center again, they told me to send it back for another check, which feels like a joke at this point. Is there no solution for this? Can anyone help?
