ViewSonic's Customer Service Ignores Calls and Stays Silent

I'm disappointed by the lack of responsiveness from ViewSonic's customer service. Unfortunately, their website does provide contact information, such as the phone number 02164519890. Unfortunately, despite my numerous attempts to dial this number, I have been consistently unsuccessful in reaching even a single staff member. I'm disappointed that the brand I consciously chose appears to lack accessible customer support. When you invest in a product, it's disappointing when post-sales service isn't readily available in case of issues. Knowing that I cannot get through to their service department disappoints me greatly and makes me deeply regret my choice. I'm sorry to hear that if your ViewSonic device encounters a problem, it appears that you'll have no other option but to dispose of it. This is not only disappointing but also quite inconvenient. I'm reluctantly sharing this experience as a cautionary tale for others considering ViewSonic products, so they're somewhat aware of the potential service-related issues they might face.
