No Warranty Coverage for Pixel Issues with Viewsonic Monitors

February 4, 2024 9:46 PM66

I purchased a Viewsonic monitor, and after just two months, I noticed pixel issues—1 red dot, 2 black lines, and 2 white-like pixels forming. Desperate for a resolution, I contacted customer support via email, only to face disappointment. They claimed the problem fell within 'standard parameters' and wasn't covered by warranty. Feeling utterly betrayed, I spend 8/9 hours daily in front of this screen; the flaws are glaring. Choosing a brand shouldn't lead to such letdowns. I demand a replacement for my defective display. It's time for Viewsonic to address this issue and make it right.
