Dyson Refused to Issue Corporate Invoices for My Recent Purchases
I bought products from Dyson, and in the past, they were able to provide corporate invoices for my purchases. Unfortunately, in the last two weeks, they have not been willing to convert any of my recent orders into corporate invoices. The answers I've gotten have been puzzling and vague, lacking any solid explanation. The call center representatives appeared to lack the necessary information and were unable to provide assistance, which left me feeling disappointed with their service. This is quite concerning for a brand that is known for its strong reputation; the absence of clarity and professionalism is alarming. I anticipated a higher level of support and a more seamless process from Dyson, yet this experience has been quite disappointing. I trust they will consider this feedback and resolve the issue quickly.
