Vivense Failed to Deliver My Order for Over a Month and Ignored My Attempts to Resolve

I'm really disappointed with my decision to go with Vivense for my purchase; it has turned out to be one of the most frustrating shopping experiences I've encountered. My order has been delayed for more than a month and a half, and after numerous attempts to get in touch with someone who could help, I’ve come up empty-handed. The customer service is handled by an external company, making it difficult to communicate directly with Vivense. Each call results in the same disappointing answer, making me feel ignored and frustrated. I didn't expect it to be so challenging to get the product I ordered. The service I received was far from satisfactory, and I highly recommend that anyone thinking about purchasing from Vivense proceed with caution.
