Brand New ViewSonic M1 Pro Projector Faulty
I bought a ViewSonic M1 Pro projector from Pazarama. However, although being brand new, the glass had dust and hair particles that should not have been present. I sent it to the service center, and they issued a report indicating that it was problem-free. After calling them again and providing videos and images of the problem, they returned it to the servicing facility. They have now produced a defective report, and the product will remain in service. I want my product returned, but they refuse. They've decided on an exchange or refund, which I should pursue with the location of purchase. I have already filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board, but I would want to highlight the service's carelessness and lack of resolution. By the way, the service is supplied by KVK technical service, and I am completely unsatisfied. They appear to be blaming me for the product's damage, with no solution presented. They told me to contact the dealer myself. The vendor who made the sale is Turkuaz Bilişim, and I've also filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board against them. The seller contacted me, stating that they cannot swap but can only issue a refund, which is not possible given that it has been two months since the purchase and the goods is being offered at varying rates.
