I've been using the Viewsonic M2e projector, which claims to have a 20,000-hour warranty on the lens. However, after a year and 5600 hours of use, the tablet began displaying dead pixel problems. When I sent it in for warranty repair, they said they had changed the optical lens. When I received the item back, I discovered that a part was left inside, generating a rattling noise. After mailing it back, they informed me that the sound issue had been rectified. However, after another 5000 hours of use, the dead pixel problem reappeared, and it became considerably worse. When I returned it for service, they claimed it was a user error and charged a ₺21,000 cost. After only 10,000 hours of use, the optical lens broke for the second time. The corporation refuses to accept responsibility for this repeating issue, as evidenced by comparable complaints from customers. Avoid purchasing Viewsonic gadgets, as they may hold you responsible for their flaws.
