2 years ago, I bought a brand new Viewsonic x100 4K projector for ₺31,000. The outermost lens was scratched, and the image was faded in some areas. When I sent a photo of the scratched outer lens to the Viewsonic authorized service and asked about the replacement fee, the answer they gave me was that only the entire lens system could be replaced, as the outer lens is not produced as a separate part. The repair fee would be between ₺29,000-₺30,000. They claim they cannot supply just the outer lens. How can they not provide such a small part separately? What justifies asking for ₺30,000 for this? I will never buy a Viewsonic product again. I regret buying it in the first place and will make sure to share this experience everywhere.
