Cannot Reach ViewSonic or KVK! Being Denied Warranty Rights!

On March 12, 2025, I submitted my ViewSonic VX2718-2KPC-MHD monitor (Serial No: WAL223600457) to the authorized service center, requesting a replacement under warranty. However, on the same day, I received a message stating that my request was denied because the product was considered "out of warranty." However, I purchased this product on March 23, 2023, meaning it is still within the 2-year legal warranty period. According to Article 56 of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Article 6 of the Warranty Certificate Regulation, the warranty period begins from the date of delivery to the consumer. To resolve this unfair situation, I have called both ViewSonic and KVK multiple times, but I have been unable to reach anyone. Neither their customer service nor any representatives are responding. I am requesting the relevant authorities to urgently contact me and resolve this issue. Despite being within the warranty period, I am being denied my rights and cannot find anyone to assist me. I expect the authorized service to correct this mistake and uphold my legal rights. I demand an urgent solution from the brand and the authorized service!
The device was replaced. However, there are communication issues with KVK and ViewSonic companies. You absolutely cannot reach either company by phone. I couldn't reach them to ask whether I should pick up the device in person or if they would ship it. I tried my luck and went from Büyükçekmece to the KVK office in Kartal and picked it up in person.
