I Regret Buying Oppo Enco Buds 2—Service Ignored My Warranty and Made Me Pay Return Shipping

I sent my Oppo Enco Buds 2 to the KVK service center in Kızılay, Ankara because the dust filter detached on its own, without any user damage. I expected a warranty solution, but what I got instead was a frustrating runaround and zero accountability from Oppo.
After my product was delivered to their service center, we waited a full week only to be told that the product would be refunded and that they were just "waiting for paperwork." They promised to send the required forms via email—they never did. Later, they said they would call me—they didn’t. This limbo lasted two weeks.
When I finally gave up and asked them to return the product, they sent it back with shipping to be paid by me. At no point during any of our conversations was it stated that I would be responsible for return shipping costs—a complete lack of transparency and respect for the customer.
I’ve wasted so much time trying to resolve a simple manufacturing issue. Oppo has made it painfully clear that they do not stand behind their products or their customers. I’m extremely disappointed. I demand a full explanation, refund, and reimbursement of my shipping costs immediately. I will never choose Oppo again.
