I Refused to Pay ₺1000 Travel Fee for Viessmann A/C Installation Labeled as "Free"

I purchased a Viessmann air conditioner that was advertised with free installation, but I was shocked to learn that the company demanded ₺1000 as a travel fee for sending a technician from a service center located just 30 km away—because there's no service team in my district.

This defeats the whole purpose of “free installation.” Nowhere during the purchase process was I warned that I’d have to pay for the technician’s travel, and I see this as deceptive advertising. If this is how they operate from the start, how can I trust that they won’t charge me again in the future every time I need service?

I’ve decided to cancel the installation and return the product entirely. I deeply regret buying from a brand that doesn’t have a functioning service network and doesn’t stand behind its promises. I’m completely removing Viessmann from my list of trusted brands.
