I ordered a product from VidaXL, and it has been over a month without any delivery. I reached out via email—the only way to contact them—since they offer no direct communication options. The experience has been incredibly frustrating.
After my inquiry, someone responded saying, “Your order is coming from abroad.” A week later, I received a fake delivery notification stating that Aras Kargo had delivered my order. However, when I contacted Aras Kargo, they confirmed that no such shipment exists under the given tracking number.
VidaXL then passed the blame to Aras Kargo and told me, “They will contact you.” This is completely unacceptable! Where is my order? I demand a refund or immediate shipment of my product.
