vidaXL Order Not Delivered on Time—Requesting Refund if Delayed

I placed an order on July 2, 2023, from vidaXL, and according to their policy, it should be delivered within 23 business days. If my order is not delivered within this timeframe, I demand a full refund.
After reading online reviews, I am seriously concerned about the reliability of this company. Many customers have reported delays and unresolved issues, and now I regret my purchase. I sincerely hope these reviews are not true, or else I will escalate this matter legally.
I expect vidaXL to deliver my product on time as promised. If there is any delay, I will not hesitate to take further action. Please ensure my order arrives on time or issue my refund!
