VidaXL Canceled My Scooter Order but Hasn’t Refunded My Money

I ordered a scooter from VidaXL on April 9, but for nearly two months, the order status remained "ready for shipment" with no progress. Since nothing was being delivered, I decided to cancel the order. However, despite my cancellation, I still haven’t received my refund.
There is no real customer support—every response is just automated messages with no resolution. I have tried reaching out multiple times, yet no one is addressing my issue or processing my refund. This is completely unacceptable!
VidaXL, I demand my refund immediately! You cannot take customers' money, fail to deliver the product, and then ignore refund requests.
