Vida XL Canceled My Order Without Notice – Now Selling at a Higher Price
I purchased a Vida XL product on N11, but my order was canceled without my consent, citing "out of stock" as the reason. However, when I later checked the company’s own website, the same product was listed at a higher price—clearly indicating that the cancellation was due to a pricing error rather than a stock issue.
A responsible company would at least apologize for their mistake, but instead, they silently canceled my order. When I complained, I was told their N11 store was temporarily closed, but later, they reopened it with different prices. Now, they expect me to repurchase the product at a higher cost—which is completely unethical.
This is not how a professional company should operate. A pricing mistake is their responsibility, and they should honor the original sale. I demand that Vida XL either send me the product, a similar model, or an upgraded version. Otherwise, I will pursue the necessary legal action to ensure they fulfill their obligations.
