I placed an order with VidaXL, but after 10 days, I still haven’t received my package. Despite multiple emails, I keep getting incorrect tracking numbers, making it impossible to track my order. The provided Aras Kargo tracking number is invalid, and when I reached out to customer service twice, I only received generic and unhelpful responses.

There is no real customer support—no one is taking responsibility or providing a solution. I expect accurate tracking information and immediate action to ensure my order is delivered. VidaXL, stop ignoring your customers and fix this issue! If I don’t receive my package soon, I will be forced to take further action.
