Peugeot Delayed Delivery And Unacceptable Customer Service
Although I paid the full amount for my Peugeot 3008 at the end of November and the invoice was issued in December, the vehicle has still not been delivered despite the significant time that has passed. I am currently experiencing complete uncertainty regarding when the vehicle will be delivered, as I cannot receive any clear information about the process. I have contacted Peugeot customer services multiple times to resolve the grievance I am experiencing regarding this vehicle purchased from the Istanbul Peugeot Gülan dealership. During our first conversation, I was told I would receive a callback within 48 hours. However, when we called again two days later, we were brushed off with a highly indifferent attitude, being told that there were still "two hours left" before the 48-hour period expired. When we called again today, we received responses lacking seriousness, such as "Oh yes, they haven't called you back yet? They should have." When we requested to speak to a supervisor, we were told that we could not reach any authority and could only deal with the representatives, from whom we faced constant memorized, robotic responses. I absolutely did not expect such a nonchalant approach that disregards the customer from a corporate brand like Peugeot. Although there is a clear grievance here, I feel that the company does not care about this situation. My demand is simple: I require a clear, written, and binding delivery date for my vehicle. I request the involvement of an authorized supervisor who can truly attend to this matter, understand the victimization I have suffered, and take the initiative to provide a solution, rather than standard customer service representatives. I expect an urgent and professional response regarding this matter.
