Before purchasing from VidaXL, I read the complaints but still decided to give the company a chance. I ordered a garden umbrella on June 23, and since it’s VidaXL’s own product, I expected fast shipping. I even emailed them, requesting a shipping update, but my request was ignored.
The order was supposedly shipped on July 3, and they claimed I could track it within 72 hours. However, it’s now July 11, and the tracking number doesn’t work. I emailed support three times, but they kept giving me the same useless tracking code, telling me to wait 13 business days before following up. My order should arrive by July 17, but at this rate, I have no confidence it will.
I’ve never had such issues with Amazon, Hepsiburada, or even international orders from China, where I could track every step. VidaXL, where is my order?
