Vichy Dercos Shampoo Made My Dandruff Worse

I recently purchased a Vichy shampoo that I’ve used before and trusted for its effectiveness. However, the one I received this time clearly isn’t the same. Even though the packaging looks identical, the smell is noticeably different, and worst of all—it does absolutely nothing. In fact, not only did it not help, but my dandruff actually came back worse than before. That’s a clear sign something is wrong with this version of the product.

I suspect this seller is distributing a fake or expired version of the shampoo. I never had a problem with this product when buying from other sellers. This time, though, I ended up wasting my money and putting my scalp through irritation and discomfort.

It’s really frustrating when you buy what you think is a trusted product and end up with something useless. Vichy needs to investigate this seller and ensure only legitimate, effective products are being sold under their name. I expect either a full refund or a proper replacement. I can’t keep spending ₺ on ineffective or possibly counterfeit items.
