VFS Global System Prevents Individual Netherlands Visa Appointments

I am trying to book an individual appointment for a Netherlands visa through VFS Global in Istanbul, but for approximately one week, I have been experiencing a serious system access problem. When I log into the website with my username and try to check appointment availability, the system blocks my access after a maximum of three searches.

Even if I log out, wait for about one hour, and then try again, my access is still restricted, and the system does not allow me to log in again for at least one full day. Under these conditions, booking an appointment individually has become almost impossible. This system behavior creates the negative impression that applicants are being indirectly pushed toward private visa agencies.

I contacted VFS Global by email regarding this issue, and they responded that the system perceives this activity as a security threat. However, as a normal user who is simply checking appointment availability, it does not seem reasonable to apply such strict access restrictions.

My expectation is that VFS Global updates its website infrastructure and security settings so that individual applicants can log in and check appointment availability freely and at reasonable intervals, and that this unfair access restriction is removed.
