Refund Request For My No Confirmation Payment

On October 28, 2026 at around 09:31 PM, an amount of 699 PHP was auto‑debited from my GCash wallet for a subscription to Staread Technology, with reference number 222885220. I did not intend to make or authorize this subscription charge and only noticed it after seeing the successful payment notification. I immediately contacted the email address provided by Google for Staread Technology to request assistance and a refund, but as of now I have not received any response from the company. I am requesting a full refund of the 699 PHP that was charged and for this unwanted subscription to be cancelled so that no further auto‑debits will be made from my GCash wallet.
