Nivea Q10 Day and Night Creams Cause Facial Irritation, Swelling and Pain

For years I have regularly used Nivea Q10 creams without any problems, however the last two Q10 day and night creams that I bought from Boots have caused a serious reaction on my face. Since I started using these two products, my face has become sore, puffy and stingy, especially in the areas where I apply the cream. I have not changed anything else in my skincare routine, so I believe something in the latest batches or ingredients may have been changed. This ongoing reaction has been affecting me for about three months and is very uncomfortable. I have not yet contacted Boots or Nivea customer service because I first want to record this formally and request that the products and their ingredients are checked, and that the relevant batch is investigated. I also expect guidance on whether it is safe for me or others to continue using these creams and what support or compensation will be offered to me in relation to the discomfort I have experienced. I request that my complaint is taken seriously, that the necessary investigation into these Nivea Q10 day and night creams is carried out, and that I am informed in writing of the result and the steps you will take.
