I am writing regarding an unwanted renewal and charge for my Moventa AI Pro monthly subscription. On October 28, 2026 at 9:31 pm, 699 pesos were taken from my account even though I did not give any confirmation or clear consent for the subscription to be renewed. I was not informed in a clear way that the subscription would auto‑renew, nor was I asked for explicit approval before this latest payment was processed. I consider this renewal and charge unauthorized. I urgently request that the 699 pesos be fully refunded and that the auto‑renewal on my Moventa AI Pro subscription be cancelled so that I am not charged again in the future.
