VFS Global Czech Republic Visa Missing, No Tracking Number Provided

I handed in my documents for visa processing in the Czech Republic at the VFS Global branch in Ankara. I just got an email informing me that my visa process is all done and my visa has been sent out through UPS. Unfortunately, a tracking number was not provided, and UPS informed me that they have no record of a package for me. Why aren't tracking numbers receiving the attention they deserve? How can I determine the status of my passport delivery?
