VFS Global Appointment System Error

I'm really frustrated with the whole process of trying to book an appointment on VFS Global's website. These errors just keep popping up, and it's not just a one-time thing; it feels like someone is intentionally causing these errors. It's not just me who's dealing with this problem; there are plenty of others who are as well. We have our plane tickets, but we are unable to schedule a visa appointment. Is there no one in charge of this organization? The overwhelming amount of complaints and negative reviews on Google clearly indicate the company's poor performance and the significant number of dissatisfied customers it has left in a difficult situation. We need to take immediate action to address the visa procedures through this agency.
