VFS Global Ankara Showing “No Records Found” for Poland Visa Application

I submitted my Poland student visa application through VFS Global Ankara. However, for the past two days, when I try to check my application status on the system, I keep getting the error message “no records found.” My application number is PLAN/180925/0004/01.
I called VFS Global customer service regarding this issue, but I couldn’t get any clear explanation or solution. My classes start next week, and I urgently need to know the current status of my application.
I request a clear explanation as to why my application cannot be viewed and an immediate update on the progress of my visa process.
