VFS Global System Blocking My Visa Application, Urgently Need Assistance

Dear VFS Global, I kindly request your assistance in finding a solution to my current issue. We are experiencing ongoing issues with the VFS GLOBAL system, preventing us from submitting our application for a Poland student visa for undergraduate studies. We have registered as undergraduate students in Poland, but for months, there have been no visa application slots available for us. We are facing a significant inconvenience as our classes are about to commence, and we are yet to complete our visa application. We kindly request the authorities to consider our plea and expedite the availability of visa application slots for undergraduate students. I need assistance.

Even though the passport number belongs to the same person, the surname appears differently in the VFS system. I have sent an email to resolve my issue and I expect you to solve it. Why is this surname coming up incorrectly? Because of this, I am unable to apply for a visa.
