VFS Global Poland Site Doesn’t Let Me Book a Student Visa Appointment for My Son
It's been really tough to figure out how to schedule an appointment on VFS Global’s Poland site. My son's school kicked off on October 2nd, but even after exploring all options, we still can't get an appointment, and there's no support available. This situation is affecting not only us but also many other people, and many complaints have been submitted to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. How can something so crucial be handled so poorly? My son might not pass his required classes because we can't get a student visa in time. I need urgent action to open up more visa appointments and fix this issue. What will VFS do to compensate for the disruption to my son's education?

The email address sends an automatic reply. Our issue cannot be resolved. My suggestion is to only give an appointment to the passport holder. It will be resolved.
