Vestel Air Conditioner Malfunction and Inconvenience

Just one month after purchasing a Vestel inverter air conditioner, its motor broke down. We have been waiting 4 days for a new motor to arrive, and during this time we cannot open our shop because it is impossible to stay inside, causing us serious difficulties. We contacted the authorized service and Vestel customer service, and they said they would inform us and install the motor once it arrived, but we still have not received any response. Although the product is under warranty, having to wait this long disrupts our business and increases our hardship. I urgently request that this issue be resolved and that the motor be supplied and installed as soon as possible so that our air conditioner becomes operational again.
