Vestel Used Non-Original Parts in My Refrigerator Repair and Ignored My Complaints


Three years ago, we sent our Vestel refrigerator to the authorized service center due to motor and circuit board issues. The refrigerator was repaired and returned. However, about a month ago, it broke down again, and the technician from the authorized service said the motor was faulty. When I asked if the motor had been replaced during the previous repair since the warranty had expired, the technician stated that the motor was not replaced and was not an original part. I contacted customer service to get more information about the repairs and was informed that the refrigerator had undergone repairs at the authorized service center. To verify the motor, I requested the serial number from your authorized service. When I checked the motor's label this evening, I saw that it had no connection to Vestel and was not an original part. I chose Vestel because it is a domestic brand, but this experience has been a complete disappointment. When this refrigerator broke down, I bought another one from Vestel, but now I deeply regret it due to the indifference of Vestel customer service regarding this issue. Despite calling multiple times, no action has been taken.

Unfortunately, even though I was wronged by the authorized services, the brand responded by saying, "Let's give you a new cabinet, but pay the cost." Despite finding the model they offered at a lower price online, they asked for more money from me. Additionally, even though I bought a new cabinet from the same brand due to the need for a cabinet, they couldn't provide a solution.
