This degree of carelessness and postponement is intolerable. The authorized service never fails to say, "We'll be there tomorrow," but no one ever actually shows up when I call them every day. Our terrible predicament is compounded by the fact that the food in the fridge is beginning to go bad. After this terrible experience with customer service, I will never buy another Vestel product, even though I have been satisfied with their products in the past.
