Vestel Does Not Provide Service For Defective Toasters

I purchased a Vestel toaster 2 years and 7 months ago, and it recently malfunctioned. After submitting it for repairs, I was informed that, since the warranty had expired, it could be fixed for a fee. I agreed, only to be told two weeks later that the device couldn't be repaired due to unavailable spare parts. When I pointed out that spare parts should be available for a sold product for at least 10 years, they suggested buying a new device, claiming the current one was beyond repair.
