Vestel Water Heater Leaks After 5 Yrs - Titanium Coating Failed?
Unfortunately, in 2018, I bought all of my household appliances from Vestel. They quickly addressed an issue with my washing machine. After 5 years, my water heater started leaking from the bottom. Today, the service personnel came and informed me that the inside of the water heater had corroded and could not be fixed. They stated it was titanium-coated inside. They now want me to purchase a new one, as if we were buying bread at the grocery. Now, I ask you: is the supposedly reputable Vestel brand, which has developed globally, sponsors national teams and airs continual advertising, only good for five years? I will report my complaint to the proper authorities.
