Vestel Dishwasher Water Leak Problem, Service Report Said So
I have learned that the boiler of the dishwasher I bought from Vestel (4 years ago) has been damaged and there is a water leak due to the service's inspection. The service and factory officials stated that they could not help because the spare part for the boiler is no longer produced and could not be repaired. However, it is mandatory for products produced and sold in the country to have spare parts supplied for 10 years from the date of sale. In this regard, the factory stated that they will assist with the replacement, but they will demand the price difference between the new product. They undervalued my machine and demanded an astronomical amount. I requested them to either ask for a more reasonable amount or to repair and return my machine since I don't need it anymore, but I did not receive a positive response. I demand that my grievance in this matter be resolved more constructively by a reputable company like Vestel.

I mentioned that I would take the matter to the consumer board, but at this point, what makes a brand valuable and trustworthy is not million-dollar advertisements, but the value it gives to its customers and the way it stands behind its product. I advise all consumers to consider this situation and evaluate the brand in this regard when purchasing a product, and I also state that I will never use Vestel again.
