I’ve had my Vestel cordless vacuum for only 3 years, and now the battery has stopped working. I sent it to the service center, and they forwarded it to Ankara. The response I received was shocking: they no longer produce the battery for this model. Instead, they offered to sell me a new vacuum for ₺6000, which I refused because a new one is already around ₺7000. How can a battery stop working after just 3 years, and how can they no longer produce it? This is incredibly frustrating, and I strongly advise against buying anything from Vestel. This kind of service is unacceptable.
